Dead By Sunrise is NOT an awful band! The only reason people were booing them is because you REALLY wanted Tool to come on now because of Linkin Park’s enourmous set!

Being only a fifteen year old kid seeing my first concert, I thought this show was pretty awesome. Personally, i think AIC was best. I highly anticipated these guys because grunge, rock, and metal have been my biggest influences in life.
Alice also happens to be my favorite band. I know DuVall nor anyone could ever replace Layne, but it was a bitchin show nonetheless. Linkin park blew, like always the singers whiney shit lyrics and repetitive music was indeed douchebait, I am glad concertconfessions saw it as well.
By the time tool came around most of the crowd was effed up on something and drunk a-holes tried crowd surfing which ended up being a brief throw around of sweaty intoxicated pricks. Awesome sound, as expected, and maynard is a champ, carrying on even with a broken leg.
8/10 for me,

Interesting. I really tried to give Wolfmother a chance, but they were just very sloppy and uninteresting. I guess it’s just further proof that Mr. Woflmommy is a drama queen.

I thought I’d comment on the whole Wolfmother closing song subject. Apparently they WERE going to close with “Joker and the Thief” since the girl in front of me had gotten a setlist from a roadie and it was indeed the last song on it. I’m guessing the less than enthusiastic response from the crowd prompted him to cut it out as giant “fuck you” to the fans but that’s just my guess.
