As some of you may know, I am a HUGE fan of the San Francisco Giants baseball club. As a fan of the Giants it meant that for years, I hated future Hall of Fame pitcher Randy Johnson and his team the Arizona Diamondbacks. I of course was thrilled when he picked the Giants to finish his career with. However, today’s post is not about baseball, it’s about the six-foot-ten pitcher’s post baseball career as a rock photographer.
That’s right, it turns out the World Series hero is not only a huge fan of metal, but happens to be spending his days as a live concert photographer. Randy has had a busy summer hitting various festivals and tours as you can see below.
So Mr. Johnson, if you ever feel like joining the Concert Confessions family, we would love to have you. Your photos are killer (much like your fastball) and it would be an honor to have you as one of our regular contributors. OK, so I know we are small beans compared to you, but hey it’s at least worth a shot, right? Regardless of whether you sign up, you are loved and worshiped. Keep up the great work, and I hope we cross paths one day in the photo pit.
