The Breeders 20th

If you don’t know the Breeders, then shame on you.

The Breeders lineup that released Last Splash¬†back in 1993 (Kim Deal and her sister Kelley Deal along with Josephine Wiggs , and Jim MacPherson) is reuniting for a tour this year in support of the reissuing of the record which will turn 20 years old this year. We’ve been waiting on the dates to arise and finally, they are here! Just scroll below to see if they’re hitting your town, and scroll a little lower to check out video of the band’s last incarnation playing “Cannonball” at the Bowery Ballroom. Jay Porks here.. I used to be a contributor on here. I\'m a little more than that now. This used to be the place I\'d go spill my rants and raves about artists and music I love and loathe. I still do that. But now I host a weekly podcast to get things off my chest, and since I have you here I\'m gonna tell you about it: Used to talk about fun things like music and pop culture, but these days it\'s all flushing the fascist crime syndicate from 1600 Pennsylvania Ave and taking back our country. A hostile foreign nation installed a corrupt racist rapist fake rich criminal to power and now he holds the nuclear codes. We have a lot of work to do to fix this nation and it starts with VOTING. Sometimes we go through the music headlines of the week along with other things I feel strongly about. Like ending Cannabis Prohibition, the sad state of affairs with the tri-state area sports teams, The struggles of an anti-social mess attempting to live in a social media world.
