The Breeders are in town. This past Monday the sisters Deal and Co. were at Webster Hall here in New York City on tour supporting the reissue of their 199 masterpiece Last Splash. While in the area, seemed convenient to head over to 30 Rockefeller Center and hang out with Jimmy Fallon to play a couple tracks. The band performed “Cannonball” and “Drivin on 9”. You could check out video replays of the performances below.
Jay Porks here.. I used to be a contributor on here. I\'m a little more than that now. This used to be the place I\'d go spill my rants and raves about artists and music I love and loathe. I still do that. But now I host a weekly podcast to get things off my chest, and since I have you here I\'m gonna tell you about it:
Used to talk about fun things like music and pop culture, but these days it\'s all flushing the fascist crime syndicate from 1600 Pennsylvania Ave and taking back our country. A hostile foreign nation installed a corrupt racist rapist fake rich criminal to power and now he holds the nuclear codes. We have a lot of work to do to fix this nation and it starts with VOTING. Sometimes we go through the music headlines of the week along with other things I feel strongly about. Like ending Cannabis Prohibition, the sad state of affairs with the tri-state area sports teams, The struggles of an anti-social mess attempting to live in a social media world.
