Ottawa Bluefest 2013 Lineup Has Been Revealed

Ottawa Bluefest 2013

The Ottawa Bluesfest has announced it lineup for the 2013 shindig. Over the course of 10 days (July 4th through the 14th), festival goers will have their chance to see acts like B.B. King, Weezer, Rush and fun. Other notables include Wu Tang Clan, Grace Potter And The Nocturnals, Tegan & Sara, The Joy Formidable, Killer Mike,Dixie Chicks, Belle & Sebastian, Flogging Molly, Sharon Van Etten and Atlas Genius.

If you’re into the “trance life”, then Skrillex gives you your fix, and other acts that don’t get first paragraph recognition are Passion Pit, Animal Collective, Zac Brown Band and Fitz & The Tantrums. The Sasquatch! Festival 2013 lineup has just been announced at the official Announcement Party at the Neptune Theatre in Seattle. The four night party over Memorial Day Weekend at the Gorge Amphitheatre always promises to be a good time and this year looks to be no exception.

Cody ChesnuTT came out to start the night, the first artist confirmation of the Festival. After his short set came “surprise guests” Macklemore and Ryan Lewis, who confirmed their own Gorge set for May after performing Thrift Shop, Same Love and Can’t Hold Us.

Good news for folks who want to appreciate the Coachella brand but hate going to the desert. You can now get seasick with Coachella instead. That’s right, the S.S. Coachella will set sail twice this December. Assuming you can’t read the above poster, the likes of Pulp, Warpaint, Girl Talk and Sleigh Bells will cruise from Miami to both the Bahamas and Jamaica. 2012 Rock The Bells Festival Announce Dates and Lineup

Information for the 2012 Rock The Bells Festival has been announced. The shows will be spread out over two days and will hit three major US markets (Bay Area, Southern California and Camden, NJ). Highlights of the festival include Method Man and Redman performing Blackout in its entirety, Immortal Technique, Deltron 3030, Salt N Pepa, Yelawolf and many more. Also worth the price of admission will be the only North American festival appearances of Missy Elliot and Timbaland as well as a 20th anniversary reunion of Bone Thugs N Harmony who will perform E. 1999 Eternal from front to back with a special tribute to Easy-E. Can we be the first to start the hologram rumors?
