Lollapalooza Announces Full 2013 Lineup

Alight folks here we go. Lollapalooza 2013 has revealed it’s full lineup. We debated sharing the headliners with you when they broke a few weeks ago (  Phoenix, The Postal Service, The National, the Killers, Mumford & Sons and Vampire Weekend). We decided to wait for the full lineup, and it turned out alright.

In the artists we care about after giving the lineup a quick skim category we list these folks:

Sasquatch! Festival 2013 Lineup Announced

The Sasquatch! Festival 2013 lineup has just been announced at the official Announcement Party at the Neptune Theatre in Seattle. The four night party over Memorial Day Weekend at the Gorge Amphitheatre always promises to be a good time and this year looks to be no exception.

Cody ChesnuTT came out to start the night, the first artist confirmation of the Festival. After his short set came “surprise guests” Macklemore and Ryan Lewis, who confirmed their own Gorge set for May after performing Thrift Shop, Same Love and Can’t Hold Us.

Good news for folks who want to appreciate the Coachella brand but hate going to the desert. You can now get seasick with Coachella instead. That’s right, the S.S. Coachella will set sail twice this December. Assuming you can’t read the above poster, the likes of Pulp, Warpaint, Girl Talk and Sleigh Bells will cruise from Miami to both the Bahamas and Jamaica. We called it last week when we assumed Refused would headline FYF Fest 2012. The festival returns to the L.A. Historic State Park with arguably the best lineup yet. Other highlights include a reunited Quicksand as well as Concert Confessions favorites Sleigh Bells, Dinosaur Jr., Baroness, Against Me! and Warpaint. The Austin City Limits 2012 Line Up Released

So to save some time, we’ll tell you who’s playing at Austin City Limits in one word: EVERYBODY. Every single act(besides Jay-Z and Pearl Jam.. so far at least) is on this list. From headliners Red Hot Chili Peppers, Neil Young & Crazy Horse, The Black Keys and Jack White to Iggy and The Stooges(in which Mike Watt Plays Bass) and Florence + The Machine. Weezer has come out of hiding for this one as well. Childish Gambino continues to take over the world with an appearance, and Gotye plays that song that everybody used to know.(see what I did there?)

2012 Outside Lands Music Festival Announces Initial Artist Details

Last year our man Reverend Justito returned home to San Francisco where he enjoyed all three days of Outside Lands. Knowing this year he would not be able to make it, he was praying for a terrible lineup. Of course his prayers were not answered as Outside Lands is back with one of its best lineups yet. Headliners include beloved Bay Area natives Metallica and Neil Young and Crazy Horse. Also high up on the list are the likes of Foo Fighters, Jack White and Stevie Wonder.
