Jay-Z Set To Curate Made In America Music Festival

Jay-Z has a lot of stuff. He has a basketball team, he has 99 Problems, an album with Kanye West and of course a baby with Beyonce. Now Jay-Z has a music festival.  This two day music event will take place in Philadelphia on September 1st and 2nd and will feature a diverse lineup spread across three stages. Some of the highlights include D’Angelo, Dirty Projectors and Pearl Jam. It will be known as the Made in America Music Festival and will take place at Benjamin Franklin’s Parkway in Fairmount Park. Every year I tell myself I shall travel back to the city of my birth and enjoy the Outside Lands Music Festival.  The first two years, I had selfish friends decided they would use that weekend to get married (heck, as an ordained minister, I actually married our webmaster during the inaugural year).  This year, I will sadly miss out as I will be in the Bay Area the week before for three nights of Phish at the Greek.  But just because I can’t make it, doesn’t mean you shouldn’t check out this amazing event.  Check out the lineup video right here:
