Made-In-America-Festival-608x252

Jay-Z is the latest of festival curators to announce the lineup via an annoying Spotify playlist. Right as the ink is dry on the sale of his shares in the New Jersey Brooklyn Nets, the rapper/sports agent announced that Made In America Festival will be returning to Philly this Labor Day Weekend. Big names include Nine Inch Nails, Queens Of The Stone Age and Beyonce`. Other acts on the stupid Spotify playlist signifying their spots at this festival include Phoenix,  The Gaslight Anthem, Kendrick Lamar,Schoolboy Q, Jay Rock, Ab-Soul(that’s the whole Black Hippy crew FYI), A$AP Rocky, Solange, AlunaGeorge, Haim, 2 Chainz, Public Enemy, Wiz Khalifa, Deadmau5,Fitz And The Tantrums, Emeli Sandé, Wolfgang Gartner, Jesse Rose, Walk The Moon and we are so sick of this stupid playlist that we’re gonna link you right up to it by clicking here and you can find out the rest of the bill. Head over to the official festival website for the rest details.

Katy Perry Covers “N*ggas In Paris” @ BBC Radio 1 Live Lounge

I love the Internet and everything it brings with it. Without the World Wide Web, where would we uncover this video of Katy Perry covering Jay-Z/Kayne West’s “N*ggas In Paris“? We wouldn’t have.

In all seriousness though, this is great for 2 reasons: The NY Yankee hat is one, and the second being that Katy Perry may have a better version of this song out now then the one that you’ll find as Track 3 on “Watch The Throne”. Check it out:

Special shout out to Low Key at YouHeardThatNew.com, because without me being one of his Twitter followers, I would have never come across this. Egg Nog on me next party you’re hosting playa!
