Truth be told, the guy writing this wants to repeatedly stab 90 percent of the people he follows on Twitter because of the idiocracy and banality that is the “Live Tweeting” of the 2013 Grammy Awards. More truth: at least Mumford And Sons performed. And from the video you can view below, you can now enjoy them too without having to flip back in your DVR because you have bladder issues. Check it out:
The Sasquatch! Festival 2013 lineup has just been announced at the official Announcement Party at the Neptune Theatre in Seattle. The four night party over Memorial Day Weekend at the Gorge Amphitheatre always promises to be a good time and this year looks to be no exception.
Cody ChesnuTT came out to start the night, the first artist confirmation of the Festival. After his short set came “surprise guests” Macklemore and Ryan Lewis, who confirmed their own Gorge set for May after performing Thrift Shop, Same Love and Can’t Hold Us.

Watch Mumford & Son’s Perform “I Will Wait’ on Letterman
A few weeks ago we were all set to bring you Mumford And Sons on Letterman. While we got to bring you the almost hour long ‘Live on Letterman’ (Which you can watch in it’s entirety here) when it streamed, the band’s taped performance on Late Night was bumped from the show later that evening. Dave paused while introducing them saying “Just making sure they’re all ready over there” (you know, cause they’re not there). Anyway, you could check that video out below, courtesy of the Audio Perv
Later… With Jools Holand Returns w/ Mumford & Sons, Bobby Womack and Damon Albarn
Gotta love that BBC Two.
Later… with Jools Holland is a show that’s too cool to be on the other side of the pond. We need something like this in the States pronto. Anyway, in the UK Tuesday night, Mumford & Sons performed along with some guy named Bobby Womack. The only reason I mention Womack is because an band led by Damon Albarn back him. Well that and because the video was available. So check out the videos to all that stuff below, it’s not too far from awesome.
So check this out. As one of these music snob guys, you try to drive your point home to everybody you know about how important it is to capture stuff with pictures or video. So when 2 of my friends(who will remain nameless for legal purposes, but it may or may not be a member of our Summerland caravan and her boyfriend) found their way into the Ed Sullivan Theater on Friday Night for what was an intimate Mumford & Sons show, my first question was “is there video?” Well, there is! And this thing doesn’t air til Wednesday(supposedly) according to TV Guide and CBS.com, so below enjoy the stealth filmed footage before it gets taken down and we all get sued and end up out on the streets by lunch hour.
Update: Mumford & Sons did not appear on David Letterman Wednesday Night. It was listed at CBS’s Website, and they didn’t air any of the performance taped on Friday. But, the full “Live On Letterman” video is below, and even if it never gets on TV, it’s definitely worth your time.
